Seeing Spots

On October 22, 2004 we added another adorable puppy to our family.  Jasper came to us from the wonderful people at HatTrick Dalmatians out of Illinois.  She flew in on American Airlines and immediately made friends with everyone that greeted her.

This is Jasper at home.  She's having no problems at all making herself comfortable on our couch, or on Fleck for that matter.

I have to say I'm enjoying seeing spots wherever I go in the house.

We've been taking pictures of our little girl at different stage so we can see how she's growing.  Here's some pictures of her at 14 weeks.  Front, Left and Rear.

And some of her at the end of Jan.  Front and Left

The weekend of Feb 25-27 was Jasper's first show.  She was only 6 months and one week old and she had a great time.  She looked great in her stack and showed everyone that she'd do anything for Mona.  The best part of the weekend was when our little girl went Winner's Bitch on Sat, picking up 3 points and her first major, and Winner's Reserve on Sunday.  Not bad for a first weekend out.  Big thanks go out to Mona for showing her.

The girls were out playing in the yard as it was one of the few nice days we had in March.  Jasper was free stacking so nicely I had to take some pictures.  Here's the front and the side views.

Mar 26 Jasper was in the Del Sur show.  We went first in class on Sat but couldn't make it back down for Sunday.  She's was in a really cute mood all day as you can see from the head shot.

In April we had our first child Brady Ryan Smith and except for occasionally getting in trouble Jasper is getting along well with Brady.  Of course this is also given her more time to spend with Fleck.  But every Dal likes to find a special place they can call their own :-).

May 26th weekend was the Mission Circuit show up in Pomona.  I had Brady with me so I didn't get many pictures and it was too dark for most of them to come out well, but we did go first in class three of the four days.

June 26th was the Long Beach Show.  For the first time I took Jasper in the ring and we did pretty well.  She went Winner's Bitch, Best of Winners and Best of Opposite.  I'll post the winners picture when I get it.
